Angela Renee Whittiker-Pitts, 52, passed away surrounded by her family and friends September 19, 2018 in Sterling, Kansas. She was born in Dallas, Texas on September 28, 1965, the daughter of Lloyd and Iris Reba Whittiker. She was a graphic designer by trade.
She was a master chef, and an organic farmer. She worked tirelessly in her vegetable and flower gardens. A dedicated volunteer for after school activities, she also was a part of many local community events in Sterling. A graduate of the Colorado Institute of Art, she loved painting, sketching, and graphic design.
On September 29, 1996 she married Mykeal E. Pitts in Tyler, Texas. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include, her mother, step father, Bill Newton;  1 son, Adam; 2 brothers, Brian and David; 3 sisters, Diana, Donna and Karen. She was preceded in death by her father.
Per her request cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Kindred Hospice and left in care of Old Mission – Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
