On October 22, 2022, Anna Marie Young Warner, 97, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. She was born on April 30, 1925, to Andrew and Lydia Young at their family home in Gridley, KS. Ann married Howard Warner on August 29, 1942, in Belle Plaine, KS. They raised their eight children on a farm in Arlington, KS.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband and 3 children, Andy, Eddie and Beth. She is survived by five children, Gwen (Tommy) Miller, Cindi Morris, Don (Becky) Warner, RoiAnn (Scotty) Broome and Kevin (Gloria) Warner. Ann was a proud and loving grandma to 26 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.
Ann was happiest when she was cooking and hosting family gatherings. She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing games (winning most of them!) made quilts for her family, cooked the worlds best sweet rolls, and was a hard worker. Above everything, she approached everyone, and everything, with dedication and love, and she faithfully lived her life according to God's Word. She was a member of the Wichita Apostolic Christian Church.
