Barbara Lois Logan, 94, passed away October 11, 2011. She was born September 12, 1917, to Walter E. and Elvira B. (Meredith) Northrop. Barbara was the second daughter in a family of 12 children. She married Cecil O. "Bud" Logan on April 26, 1941, in Hutchinson, KS.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; 2 daughters, Robin Gale and Mary Kay Hemphill Hearn; 4 sisters; and 1 brother.
She is survived by her two children, Terry Logan and Maxine (Stanley) Julian; 2 brothers; 4 sisters; 8 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to First Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson. Visitation will be Thursday, October 13th, at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home Chapel from 4pm to 8pm. Celebration of Life will be at First Church of the Nazarene, 4290 N. Monroe, Hutchinson, KS on Friday, October 14th, at 11am. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Pratt, KS, at 3pm.
