Obituary

Belva Jean Stauffer, 89, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2020 at Pleasantview of Inman, Inman, Kansas.  On June 3, 1931, Belva was born to her parents Darrell and Grace Flora.  Belva was married to Raymond Stauffer on July 22, 1951.  She loved working in the garden, reading, singing, and was a devout member of the Community Church of the Brethren.  She was a loving wife and a hardworking homemaker.  Belva loved taking on odd jobs when she was not at home, at church functions, or attending T.O.P.S. on Thursdays, such as a book truck driver for the Hutchinson Library.

Survivors include: her nieces, Linda Hemphill and Susan (Dan) Driggs; 3 great-nieces, Lori Hemphill, Tracy Chavez, and Jessica Crawford; 3 great-nephews, Alan Wenzel, Randy Driggs, and Michael Driggs;  numerous great-great nieces and nephews.

Belva is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Bruce Stauffer, sister Doris Wenzel, and nephew Wayne Wenzel.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials made the the Community Church of the Brethren, 1600 N. Severance, Hutchinson, Kansas  67501.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Fairlawn Burial Park, 2401 Carey Blvd., Hutchinson, Kansas.
