Billy Wayne Spellman, 87, passed away in Waunakee, Wisconsin, September 16, 2022. He was born in Madison, Wisconsin, August 20, 1935, to William B. Spellman and Helen M. (Quint) Spellman. Billy enjoyed going on walks, riding in his car and watching T.V. He is survived by his nephew, Troy Spellman; niece, Tonia Spellman; 3 great nephews, Joshua, Jeremiah and Joseph and 8 great great nephews. Billy is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Frank Spellman.
