Brody Lee Wright, 5, passed away December 20, 2015 at Cook Children''s Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born April 29, 2010 in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Joshua Wright and Jessica Thacker. He was a courageous little boy who fought his medical battles one day at a time.

His passion was football, any kind of football, as well as country music. The closest thing to his heart was his family and his friends.

He is survived by his mother, Jessica Thacker-Singh and her husband, Davinder: his father Joshua Wright, 1 brother, Cooper Mooney; his grandparents, Larry and Sharon Thacker; his uncle, William Thacker and his fiance, Katie; numerous friends, especially those that cared for him at Cook Children''s Hospital. He was preceded in death by is great-grandparents.

A celebration of Brody''s life will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10:00 am at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Chapel, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Ks, with Bishop Quintin Moore presiding. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. In lieu of flowers the family has established the Brody Lee Wright Family Memorial Fund and gifts may be left in care of the funeral home.
