Obituary

Carolee Helen Keazer, 75, passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home in Denton, Texas, May 20, 2014. She was born on July 29, 1938 in Newton, Kansas, the daughter of Herbert and Valeria Rundell. She was a devoted homemaker to her family.

A 1956 graduate of Newton High School, Newton, Kansas, she enjoyed reading, listening to music, and watching movies. An avid Cubs fan, golf and tennis enthusiast, she watched as many golf tournaments and tennis matches on television that she could. She also enjoyed going bowling and playing golf. There was a special place in her heart for taking care of animals. Her family took precedence over everything and she cared for whatever they needed.

On October 6, 1956 she married the love of her life, Jack Keazer. He survives. Other family members 4 sons, Tom (Anne), Bill (Jill), Bob (Kitty), and Jim (Debra) Keazer;1 daughter, Karen McClintock (Dan);18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Tom, and a grandson Bradley.

Public visitation will be Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm with the family present from 10:00 - 12:00 at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas. Burial will follow at 2:30 pm at Fairlawn Burial Park.
