Carolyn Sue
Weber
Nov 18, 1942 — Jul 12, 2026
Carolyn Sue "Mema" Weber, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home on July 12, 2026, at the age of 83.
Carolyn was born on November 18, 1942, at her family home in Walnut, Kansas, to Eugene Cox and Corelia Smith (Cox).
Mema will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, wit, and quiet strength. She devoted her life to her family, always showing up with loving actions, a listening ear, a warm embrace, protection, unconditional love, and, most importantly, as a best friend. She had a remarkable way of making those around her feel seen, supported, and deeply loved. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, though she also cherished reading and horseback riding, especially in the mountains with her closest friends.
Mema was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry A. Weber, and her sister, Norma Lee Cox (Jones).
She is lovingly survived by her four daughters, Christina, Cathie, Cammie, and Carla; her seven grandchildren, Cy, Colby, Dustin, Codie, Cegan, Landon, and Colton; her seven great-grandchildren; and her sister, Jeleen Cox (Schoenhofer), whom she loved dearly.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
