Cecil Edwin Bailey of Claflin, Kansas passed away June 16, 2015.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly, daughters Nancy (Terry) Gartrell, Alden, Joyce Bailey, Wichita, Leila (Sam) Padgett, Alden; 1 son, Curtis (Shawna) Bailey, Lyons; 8 grandchildren, Matthew Meier, Jordan Layman, Caleb, Jacob and Ethan bailey, Chris Ryan, Tristin and Adam Padgett, 9 great grandchildren.
Memorial gifts may be sent to Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.
