Charles D. "Pete" Redd, 74, died June 17, 2012 at Hospice House. He was born April 21, 1938, in Hutchinson, to Alvin and Ida Mae Glover Redd. He was a member of the American Poultry Association, New Life Church of the Nazarene and was a painter at Nickerson Top Hand Products.

He is survived by daughters, Belinda Baxter, Connie Redd, Janet Crane, Cheryl Bentley; brothers, Dale Redd, Jerry Redd, Bill Redd; Sisters Glinda Lightner, Marleen Gordon; nine grandchildren and 12 great grand children.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter; and two great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation is Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 1:00-8:00 p.m. with the family present from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Old Mission-Heritage chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charles D Redd family memorial in care of the funeral home.
