Clydene Lucille Morton, 98, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2022 at Diversacare Health and Rehabilitaion in Hutchinson, Kansas after having celebrated her 98th birthday recently.  The second youngest of 9 children, she was born on January 30, 1924 to Harry Clyde and Maude Jane            ( Myers) Morton, Dene was a life long resident of Hutchinson and a devoted Kansas State Fair attendee yearly since early childhood.  She bicycled everywhere she went, and was an avid theater goer and film buff for most of her life.

There will be no services.  There will be a private burial in the Morton family plot at Fairlawn Burial Park in Hutchinson, Kansas.
