Danny Wayne (Dan-O) Bowhay, 55, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away April 9, 2019 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. The son of George and Helen Bowhay, he was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on December 13, 1963. He had been employed by Sears as a customer service representative.

He was a lover of music – he loved all types and had the ability to name the artist and song within two to five notes. Known for his sense of humor and loving smile, he loved to host dinner parties for his friends, loved Christmas and giving to all his friends and family. He was gracious and humble – Danny always gave and never expected anything back.

He is survived by 1 sister, LuAnn (Randy) Keesling; 1 brother, James Bowhay; 2 nephews, Joshua and James; numerous friends and acquaintances. He was preceded in death by his parents, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Per his request cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to donors choice and left in care of Old Mission – Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
