David Eugene Dautenhahn, born April 27, 1953, in Dodge City, Kansas passed away November 14, 2022. He was a lifetime resident of Hutchinson, KS and surrounding areas.

David is preceded in death by his mother, Jessie J Powers, and brother, Lonnie James Powers.

He is survived by his father, Lonnie Dean Powers, sisters, Delores (Bill) Goheen, Jessie (Tim) Lee, Patty (Greg) White and several nieces and nephews.

David was a graduate of McPherson High School and had an extensive career in janitorial services. He was a long term client of TECH and obtained several recognition awards from this supporting organization. He loved to play video games, go camping and fishing, and watch WWE wrestling. He was a big fan of western movies and John Wayne.
He will be missed by his family and friends.

The family will announce a celebration of life at a later date.
