David Norman Howard, 95, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away November 11, 2020 at Reflection Living, Hutchinson, Kansas.  He was born in Wichita, Kansas on January 7, 1925, the son of Carl P. and Harriett Bigelow Howard.  He was a retired farmer.

A veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean War.  David was a graduate from Wichita East High School.  The family moved to a farm near Coffeyville, Kansas.  He not only was very involved with Masons and received his 70 year pin in 2016, but he also belonged to the Shriner's and the Twelve Hi Club.

On February 8, 1966 he married Fonda Irene Edmisten in Coffeyville, Kansas.  She survives.

Other survivors include his wife, Fonda; his children, Daylon (Gayle ) Edmisten of Clinton, Missouri, Arlana ( Kenneth) Snow of Hutchinson, Kansas, Nila Adams of Houston, Texas; he was grandpa to 7 granddaughters, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; 4 nephews, Norman, Richard, Tom and Jon Howard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Dale, and 1 nephew Dale Owen.
