Deborah Berends passed away in her sleep in January 30, 2026.  She was born on July 6, 1957 to Goldie Foskett and Harlan Foskett.  She worked as a CMA for many years until her accident and then was all about her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She is survived by her children Teresa Neu (Hutchinson), Brian Berends (Hutchinson), and Kenneth Berends (Oklahoma City), grandchildren Kitty Gallant (Great Bend), Dixie Gallant (Great Bend), three great grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, and many nieces and nephews.  She will be cremated and a memorial will be held at a later time and date.  Memorials may be sent to the funeral home in lieu of Deborah Berends.
