Delva Lee Sprague, 86, of South Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away on December 6th, 2020 at Mennonite Friendship Communities, South Hutchinson, Kansas. The daughter of Willard and Viola Finnell, she was born on January 1st, 1934 in Hutchinson, Kansas. She was a retired supervisor for Woolworth retail stores and eateries.

Delva loved the country lifestyle - she owned a beautiful home on an 80 acre farmstead in Rice County. She was an avid gardener, and loved to travel. Sitting still was never an option for Delva.

She is survived by 1 brother, Irl "Butch" Finnell of Hutchinson, Kansas; and numberous nieces and nephews.

A graveside celebration of life for Delva will be held on Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at 11 AM at Fairlawn Burial Park, 2401 Carey Boulevard, Hutchinson, Kansas. There will be no public visitation per her request.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Reno County Animal Shelter and left in the care of Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 North Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
