Obituary

Donald Edward Logue, 88,  passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Pleasant View Home in Inman, Kansas.  He was born on September 25, 1932 in Brookfield, Missouri  to Encell Edward Logue and Julia Marie ( Moeder ) Logue.  Donald graduated from Brookfield High School in 1950, and served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1954.

In March 1963, he married Iris Ann Bossing in Great Bend, Kansas.  He was a resident of Hutchinson, Kansas since 1963, and was a member of The First United Methodist Church.  A dedicated and hard worker all his life, he was employed at Calhoun's Department Store, Atkinson's Construction, Massey-Ferguson, Howard's Farm Implements, and Mid-Kansas Marine, where he retired from at the age of 65.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Ronald E. Logue, and an infant son.

He is survived by his wife, Iris; three daughters, Julie Arms ( David) of Okarche, Oklahoma, Sheree Logue (Tom Gould) of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, and Erica Kilpatrick ( John) of Buhler, Kansas; 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Krystle, Paul, Kort, Dagny, Wyatt, Mason, Marcus, Sara, Sean-Patrick, and Seth; a daughter and son from a previous marriage, Denne Spooner of Denver, Colorado, and Gregory Logue of Saint Paul, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Beverly logue of Grand island, Nebraska; three nephews, several great nephews and nieces, and eight great-grandchildren.

There will be a graveside service on March 16, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Fairlawn Burial Park, 2401 Carey Blvd., Hutchinson, Kansas
