Donald G. Rousey, 64, passed away September 20, 2013 at Hospice House of Reno County. He was born May 20, 1949 in Clinton, Oklahoma, the son of Charles and B. Marjorie Rousey.

A chef by trade, Thanksgiving was his favorite time of the year. Besides cooking his specialty, Turkey, he always made it a point to cheer a Dallas Cowboys loss, and, a Kansas City Chiefs win! He also enjoyed doing embroidery work, listening to old Johnny Cash music, and, watching anything with John Wayne in it.

He is survived by 5 daughters, LaDonna, Anna, Amy, Brittany, and Deidre; 2 brothers and 1 sister, and, 17 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and, 1 sister.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration gathering will be held at a later date.
