Donna Lou ( Cummins) Saunders, 67, of Hutchinson, Kansas passed away on June 15, 2022 at Good Samaritan Society- Hutchinson Village after a 27 years battle with Parkinson's.   She was born November 24, 1954 at Grace Hospital to Amy and Donald Cummins.

Donna is survived by her husband Mike; daughter Kathleen of Derby, Kansas, four siblings, Randy Cummins of Hutchinson, Kansas, Roy Cummins of Buhler, Kansas, Vivian Gedeon of Maryland, Verna Andres, Arizona, and family and friends.

Donna attended Hutchinson High School and graduated in 1972.  She married Mike Saunders on May 13, 1981.  They were married for 41 years, and were part of the local arts community.  Donna stage managed, while Mike performed.  Mike and Donna had Kathleen Elizabeth ( Kat) in 1990.  Donna was an excellent mother who nurtured Kat's artistic side and love for the arts.  Donna will be remembered for her individuality and warm presence.

She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
