Doris Raye Clark was born February 23, 1930 in Avard, Oklahoma to Jacob M. and Bessie Mae (Hopkins) Barkman. She died at the Good Samaratian Home, Hutchinson, KS on April 10, 2011 at the age of 81. She was a retired waitress.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers, Ira, Delmar, Elmer, Leonard Barkman; and a sister, Wilda Krusmark. Doris will be missed by her daughter, Mary (Charles) Bell; her son, Robert E. (Peggy) Osborn, Sr., all of Hutchinson, KS; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Dorothy Sorenson of Hutchinson, KS and Izetta Criel of Sun City, AZ. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a Celebration of her Life to be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery.
