Dorothy Marie Langford, 76, passed away February 13, 2016 at Dillon Living Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. A lifelong resident of Hutchinson, she was born April 20, 1939, the daughter of Jesse and Mabel Hudson. She was a retired school bus driver.

She had a passion for playing bingo, rummy, and slot machines. She loved her cats and listening to older country and western music.

She married Harold W. Langford on September 3, 1982 in Hutchinson. He survives. Other survivors include 3 daughters, Kimberly Jo (Danny) Williams, Cynthia (Dennis) Woolsey, Doreen Springer; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering for family and friends will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas. Graveside celebration will be held Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 11:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial to the Reno County Animal Shelter.
