Dreda Mae Greene, 94, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away October 29, 2019, at Brookdale Senior Center, Hutchinson, Kansas.  The daughter of Theodore Roosevelt Britain and Josephine Neva( White) Britain, she was born January 11, 1925 in Humansville, Missouri.  She attended school in Strong City, Kansas and Cottonwood Falls, Kansas.

On October 27, 1940 she married the love of her life, Richard F. Greene.  He preceded her in death on January 5, 1995.

She loved camping in the family RV, fishing with her grandchildren, and being out in nature, watching the wildlife.  She enjoyed gardening, loved her dogs, and she was a very adventurous lady, and extremely competitive at card games, she wouldn't let her grandchildren win, they had to work at it with her to win.

Survivors include: one daughter, Linda ( Tony ) Razo, Hutchinson, Kansas; two sons, Richard (Nancy) Greene, Escondido, California, Ronald ( Karen) Greene, Kingman, Arizona; grandchildren, Andrea ( Jerry) Johanning, Dreda ( David) Murillo, Andre ( Lisa) Razo, Christian Greene, Ryan Greene, Cody Greene, Dianna Greene, Brandon Greene; great-grandchildren, Austin ( Heather) Johanning, Madison Johanning, Emily ( Nick) Brady, Nicolas Murillo, Joseph Razo, Manny Razo, J.J. (Jamie) Johanning, Ricky Ryan Greene; great great-grandchildren, Lexi Grace Johanning, Ella Rose Johanning, Madeleine Claire Johanning.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Vera Britain; brother, Albert Britain.

A family memorial candlelit service will be held Thursday, November 28, 2019  at 3:00 p.m.  at The Kansas State Fairgrounds in the Morton Building.  With the dinner beginning at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
