Edith M. Williams, long-time resident of Hutchinson, passed away peacefully October 18, 2022, at the age of 90. Edith was born in Seminole, Oklahoma, May 16, 1932, to John and Ella Montgomery. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company after 30 years of service.

Edith was a loving wife and mother who loved watching the old TV westerns and enjoyed her cats over the years.

Edith will ride gloriously through the gates of heaven to the cheers of joy from all the loved ones waiting for her. Among them are her parents, John and Ella Montgomery, her husband, Charles Williams, her son Ray Williams; brothers, William Montgomery (her twin), Eldon Montgomery, Freeman Montgomery, Wesley Montgomery, and sisters, Thelma Ferslew and Hattie Bender. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
