Eunice Irene Barnes, 92, passed away at her home in Hutchinson, Kansas on March 20, 2018.  The daughter of Ira Edgar and Goldie Bell Hull, she was born May 17, 1925 in Zenith, Kansas.  A retired registered nurse, she was a dedicated homemaker for her family.
She was a masterful seamstress, and for 11 years worked at the Yarn Yard until her retirement  at age 60.  She had been a member of the Eastwood Church of Christ in Hutchinson.
On November 16, 1952 she married Donald A. Barnes on the Hull family farm in Zenith, Kansas.  He preceded her in death in 1971.
Surviving members of the family include 1 daughter, Brenda ( Bob) Brown of Gordonville, Texas; 1 son, Dennis Barnes of Chicago, Illinois; 3 grandchildren, Chaney Curran, Chandler Jones, Kiley Pearson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister and 1 brother.
