Frances Louise Butler, born March 10, 1934, in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma passed away peacefully October 12, 2023 in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Frances is survived by her son, Ronnie Butler, sister Jane Tidd, brother Wyndel Powell, granddaughters Michelle Burke and Kristine Harvel and 4 great grandchildren.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Hazel Powell, husband, Charles Butler, son Michael Butler and sister, Betty Jo Garrity.

Frances married Charles in Pampa, TX September 23, 1950.  In April 1954 their first son was born in Pampa, TX and they soon moved to Pratt, KS where their second son was born in May of 1956. They moved to Hutchinson, KS after their second son was born.  Frances worked at Southwestern Bell in the Business Office in charge of special lines connections orders.  She retired in 1988 and soon after moved to Highland Village, TX with her husband Charles.  She enjoyed retirement in Texas with her husband.  She loved to travel, spend time with family and sing Happy Birthday.  She moved back to Hutchinson, KS in October 2021 to be closer to family.  She had a huge smile and a big heart.
