Frances Irene Glenn, 89, of Little River, Kansas, passed away on April 10, 2022 at the Sandstone Heights Nursing Home.  Frances was born on January 18, 1933 to Edward and May ( Snell) Dick in Hutchinson, Kansas.  She married Harlan Glenn on August 16, 1949 in Newton, Kansas.  They were married for 65 years before his death on April 3, 2014.  Frances worked at many places over her career, retiring from Sterling Drug Corporation in 1988.  Frances enjoyed taking care of her family, home, pets, and had a tremendous green thumb with numerous plants and flowers.  In addition, she enjoyed her 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren as much as possible.

Frances is preceded by her husband, Harlan and grandson Nathan Schierling.

Frances is survived by her three children and their families, Karen and Gene Schierling, Inman, KS,  Randy Glenn, Lyons, KS, and Rick and Sharon Glenn, Sherwood, WI; grandchildren, Jason and Hana Schierling, Ooltewah, TN, Tiffany ( Deceased, Nathan) Schierling, Burenyville, OK, Derrick Glenn and Zach Glenn, Sherwood, WI; her great grandchildren, Zora Schierling , Zane Schierling, Ooltewah, TN, and Memphis Schierling, Aubrey, TX.

A graveside service will be Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at  Fairlawn Burial Park, 2401 Carey Blvd, Hutchinson, Kansas
