Frankie Ray Parker, 77, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 26, 2021 at The University of Kansas Hospital and Health Systems in Kansas City, Kansas. He was born on October 26, 1944 in Blackwell, Oklahoma to Frank and Phyllis Parker. Frank was passionate about music and playing the guitar. He loved his animals and couldn't turn away any homeless critters that needed help. He loved his family and he loved to laugh.
He is survived by daughters, Kristine Brown of Sylvia, Terri Parker of Oklahoma, and Shelley (Gerald) Osenbaugh of Langdon. Sisters, Elaine Pulliam of Hutchinson, Kay Nichols of Hutchinson. 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by a son Scott; parents Phyllis and Frank; brother James.
There will be a celebration of life service to be held at a later date.
