Obituary
Gary Lee Sherbert, 73, passed away May 26, 2017 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. The son of George and Louise Sherbert, he was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on November 26, 1943. He was a retired auto mechanic.
An avid NASCAR fan, he enjoyed rebuilding and fabricating cars, was a proficient welder, and loved listening to traditional country and western music. He watched as much WWE professional wrestling , and loved visiting with friends on his HAM and CB radios.
He is survived by his mother; 1 sister Tomisha (Gerald) Pittman; 8 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews, and 13 great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, and, 1 brother, Larry.
Per his request cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at a later date. The family has established a memorial and gifts may be made to Hospice House of Reno County, Kansas and left in care of Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
