Helen M. Fryhover, 86, passed away March 10, 2012 at the Pleasant View Home in Inman, Kansas.

She was born in Whitewater, Kansas, March 26, 1925, daughter of Jacob and Helene Dieck. A resident of Hutchinson since 1980, she was a homemaker. On November 1, 1958, she married Oliver Fryhover and to
that marriage they had three children,

An avid quilter, Helen was also a member of Corner Stone Baptist Church, Hutchinson. In her later years, she was a member of the Red Hat Society, and enjoyed bowling, bingo, and, garage sales.

She is survived by her three children, Betty Garcia, Steven Fryhover, and Oliver Fryhover; eight grand children; two adopted grandchildren; one great grandchild, and a sister, Elsie Hiebert; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, brothers, Carl Dieck and Abraham Dieck; and sisters, Ann Dieck and Marguerite Dieck.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2012 from 1:00 - 8:00 at Old Mission Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, with the family present to from 5:00 - 7:00. Memorial service will be Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10:30 at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place in Emmaus Cemetery, Whitewater, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Corner Stone Baptist Church of Hutchinson and Pleasant View Home of Inman,Kansas in care of the Funeral Home.
