Jennifer Jo McCammon, 42, passed away at her home in Hutchinson, Kansas on April 11, 2017. A native of Hutchinson, she was born June 23, 1974 the daughter of Darrel and Verna Johnson. She was a former employee of Check N Go.

Jennifer was an avid lover of animals, loved spending time going to garage sales, doing crafts, and taking care of her family. She enjoyed dancing and putting a smile on everyone''s face. She took time to make everyone''s day just a little bit better.

Survivors include her wife, Leigh McCammon; 3 daughters, Sommer, Autumn, and Raven; 2 sons Jon and Matt Hornbaker, her mother and father; 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, her paternal grandmother, and 2 uncles.

Per her request cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family has established a memorial and gifts may be made to Reno County Animal Shelter and left in care of Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
