Jerry Lynn Hoss, 72, passed away April 22, 2014 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born January 30, 1942 in Great Bend, Kansas, the son of Carl and Margaret Hoss. He was a graduate of Miltonvale High School and worked as a laborer his adult life. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking project. He was a member of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church.

He is survived by his wife, Clarissa Hoss: 1 son, Dustin, 3 stepsons: 6 daughters, Carrie, Connie, Carla, Kathy, Kristel, and, Margaret; 3 brothers, Steven, Mark, and, Neal; 3 sisters, Darlene, Jeanette, and, Denise; and numerous grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Marlene, and a son Kelly.

Cremation has taken place per his request. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home 528 N. Main St., Hutchinson, KS. In lieu of flowers the family has established the Jerry Lynn Hoss Family Memorial Fund and gifts may be left with Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS.
