Joni Marie Montano Hollingsworth, 29, passed away March 13, 2014 at her home in Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born on July 2, 1984 in Newton, Kansas, the daughter of Johnny and Showna Montano. She was a homemaker.

A graduate of Hutchinson High School, she loved camping and fishing, helping her sister and keeping up with her favorite game, basketball. A tremendous cook, she enjoyed preparing new meal ideas for her family, and, hanging out with her friends.

She married Justin Hollingsworth on June 5, 2004 in Hutchinson, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors are her parents; 2 sons, Dyllan and Tyler Hollingsworth: 2 step-brothers, Daxton and Skyler Montano; 4 sisters, Christina Armstrong (Anthony), Abby Stiggins, Katie Stiggins, Crystal Montano; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, 1 brother, Bo Ray Montano, and, an aunt Betty Harbe.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, with the family present from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. A time of reflection will be held the same evening at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to the Joni Marie Hollingsworth Family Memorial Fund and left in care of the funeral home.
