Jonnie Rae Sidebottom, 56, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 2, 2018 at Pleasant View Home in Inman, Kansas. A native of Hutchinson, Kansas, she was born on March 3, 1962, the daughter of Walter and Maxine Duncan.
A devout Christian, she loved to watch John Wayne and Clint Eastwood western movies. She was the owner and operator of Country Road Ceramics, and was a member of Zoar Mennonite Brethren Church in Inman. She had a very soft spot for animals, particularly her cats and horses.
On March 21, 1987 she married the love of her life, Kevin Sidebottom in Hutchinson, Kansas at the Abundant Life Church. He survives of the home.
Survivors include one brother, Terry (Sheila) Rice; 2 sisters, Janet Duncan and Lisa Duncan. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother, Richard Rice.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at Old Mission – Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas. A graveside celebration of life will follow at 2:00 pm at the North Inman Cemetery, Inman, Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Mennonite Relief Fund and may be left in care of funeral home.
