Kenneth F. Fisher, 77, went home to be with his Lord August 5, 2014 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born in Newton, Kansas October 16, 1936, the son of Lewis and Alice Fisher.

A resident of Hutchinson for over 30 years, he was a member of the Christian Church and Academy, loved to write poetry, and was an avid listener to K-Love Christian Radio, and, loved watching movies.

He is survived by a brother Monte (Carolyn) of Whitewater, Kansas; 2 nieces, Deborah Buttel (Gerald) of Whitewater, Kansas, Deanna Miller (Charles) of Valley Center, Kansas; and Magda Fisher of Bel Aire, Kansas, several great and great great nieces and nephews.. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew, Stephen Fisher.

Public visitation will be Friday, August 8, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 with the family present from 5:00 - 7:00 with a time of reflection at 6:00 pm at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas. Memorial gifts may be made to Kenneth F. Fisher Family Memorial Fund and left in care of the funeral home. Cremation will follow visitation.
