Larry Eugene Goodwin Sr. passed away February 10, 2023, in Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born in Hutchinson, December 2, 1945, to James Goodwin and Betty Wingert. Larry loved working in his garage on cars and motorcycles, doing yard work and being outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with his coffee buddies, traveling when he was able, telling jokes, going to his granddaughter's activities and raising his two grandchildren, Lance and Tabitha. Larry is survived by his wife, Roberta (Bobbie), of 52 years; daughters, Joyce Waller (Dennis) and Debbie Murrell; brothers, Jim Goodwin and Sam Martin; sisters, Donna Reimer and Diana McKeen; grandchildren, Lance Wheeler, Robert Sharp Jr., Tabitha Wheeler, Meeka Cale, Emerson Murrell, Bentley Murrell and Denton Murrell and 10 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry Goodwin II; brother, Bob Goodwin and sisters, Beverly Bailey and Pam Riney. In lieu of flowers memorials are asked to be donated to the family.
