Loreva Mae Schartz (Friesen)'s Obituary
Loreva Mae Schartz, 78, passed away June 15, 2013 at Hospice House of Reno County. Born May 21, 1935 in Moundridge, Kansas, she was the daughter of Harvey and Lydia Friesen.
She loved ceramics, knitting, crochet and sewing, in addition to being a loving mother. Loreva worked in a food management position in the food industry as well.
She is survived by her mother; two sons, Leon II and Mark; a daughter, Debbie; a brother, Donald; four sisters, Florence, Delores, Darlene and Dot. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.
Public visitation will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home with memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Fairlawn Burial Park following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to Hospice House of Reno County and left in care of the funeral home.
Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, Kansas is in charge of services.
