Marcia Ann Seirer, 61, passed away on February 5, 2021 at her home in Salina, Kansas.  Marcia was born on April 13, 1959 in Hays, Kansas, the daughter of Fidelis and Ileen Ruder.  She attended Hays High School before going to Barton Community College to get her Associates degree for her ambitions as a Dietary Manager.  Marcia cooked for Kennedy Middle School and Good Samaritan.  She loved video games, card games, and talking with her family.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Geraldine Wittman.

Survivors include: her brother, John ( Michelle ) Ruder of Mulvane; her sister, Melissa (Craig) Irwin of Hays; 2 sons, Brandon Ruder and Shane Seirer of Salina; 7 nephews; 2 nieces; 6 great nephews; and 11 great nieces.

A celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
