Obituary

Niko Nathaniel Valentine, the second born son of Daniel and Madison (Valentine) Melgoza he was born on July 25th 2022 in Wichita, KS. The most joyful little boy with a stunning smile that could light up any room. He was so small, yet so brave and strong. Becoming so opinionated and his eyes seemed to know more than you or I. Survived by his loving parents, his riot of an older brother; Enzo Valentine (2), and a very large extended family. Preceded in death by his great grandmother Rebecca Valentine.

My sweet baby boy. We only had 17 weeks together. 122 days I was blessed to spend with you. You had such a twinkle in your eyes, my little fox. You were so happy and full of life, and I will spend the rest of my life yearning for you and your sweet soul. I will breathe deeply and reach out my finger, waiting for your grasp and the sweet scent of you, my baby boy. I love you and miss you more than you'll ever know. The MOST handsome. -Mama

The happiest baby boy.  I will forever miss spending our mornings together, always so excited to see me. I will never forget how your frog belly felt, or how you turned my bad days good. You stared at us like we were the stars in your universe.  It will seem like an eternity before we can hold hands and walk into the forest together but I promise, I will wait for you. - Daddy
