Patricia Lou Story, 67, passed away June 26, 2015 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born in Dodge City, Kansas, April 22, 1948, the daughter of John and Marie Ryan.

For 27 years she served as an elementary library clerk for USD 308, and enjoyed her own passion for reading. The true focus in her life was the love of raising her family.

On September 12, 1968 she married Ralph E. Story in Hutchinson, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include 1 son, Terry (Heather) of Nickerson, Kansas; an aunt, Jean (George) Woods of Missouri, and numerous nieces and nephews; 2 step grandchildren and 2 great step grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date by the family.
