Patricia R. Widdoes, 89, passed away August 12, 2014 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. She was born April 3, 1925 in Seattle, Washington, the daughter of Morgan and Florence Green, and raised by her Grandmother Green. She was a homemaker.

A dedicated wife and mother, she enjoyed reading mystery books in her spare time.

On January 4, 1958 she married Charles W. Widdoes in Ottawa, Kansas. He preceded her in death January 13, 2002.

She is survived by a daughter Leslie Sue Widdoes of Hutchinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 2 sisters, Maxine LaVerne Jones, and, Lois Mariel McAuliff.

Per her request there will be no public visitation. Graveside burial will be held Friday, August 15, 2014 at 10:00 at Fairlawn Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial gifts may be made to the Patricia R. Widdoes Family Memorial Fund and left in care of Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
