Patricia M. (Jenks) Widup, 71, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born August 7, 1941, the daughter of James and Clara Jenks. She attended Hutchinson Schools and served as a pastor for Full Gospel Chapel of Prayer for over 30 years. In addition, she owned and operated Patty''s Adult Care Home for several years here in Hutchinson. On June 25, 1957, she married Kenneth Ray Aden in Hutchinson, Kansas and during their 15 year marriage they were blessed with four sons. She is survived by sons, Kenneth (Birdie), James (Kimberly), Danny (Kandace), Roy (Christi), 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a companion, Harold Widup. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Don Jenks, and grandson, Ken Aden, Jr. Memorial service will be held at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Jerry Stokely presiding. Public visitation will be Monday, February 4, 2013 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. with family present from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Full Gospel Fellowship Church and may be left in care of the funeral home. Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
