Obituary

Ralph Leroy Graves, Jr., 69, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, February 4, 2016 at Hospice House of Reno County, Kansas. He was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on June 13, 1946, the son of Ralph and Louise Graves. He was a retired oil field specialist.

He was Santa Claus to his family during the holiday season, loved bears, enjoyed traveling to casinos, and had a fascination with computer games. His passion in life was his family, and he was devoted to his Lord and Savior.

Survivors include; his mother, Louise; 1 son, Clifton (Guylene) Graves; 1 daughter, Loretta (Audie) Pendergraft; 4 brothers, Gary, John, Richard, and, Steven Graves; 4 sisters, Gloria Buck, Linda Simmons, Tina Tomlin, Seberiana Miller; 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Philip, Amanda, DeKkota, Jesse; 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father.

A gathering for friends will take place Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson. A celebration of life will held Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:30 am at The Fathers House Church, 1520 E. 20th, Hutchinson, Kansas with Bishop Quintin Moore presiding. In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial fund to either Hospice House of Reno County, or, The Father''s House Church.
