Ralph John Pfaff, of Hutchinson, 70, passed away April 19, 2016, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born in Ness County, December 28, 1945, the son of John and Sylvania Pfaff.

Ralph was a farmer and rancher. He loved to take long walks, was known by his family as a hunter and fisherman, enjoyed going antiquing, doing woodworking projects and loved listening to traditional country or classic rock and roll music.

He is survived by a son, Johnny; three daughters, Nichole (Bryan) Green, Tracy (Daniel) Escudero, and Melissa Pfaff; four brothers Leon, Roy, Walter, Bennie; five sisters, Betty, Laura, Eileen, Rebecca, Lucille; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mary, Nancy, Hazel; and a brother, Glenn.

Cremation has taken place and a gathering for friends and family will be announced at a later date. Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.
