Rhan Leon Randall, Jr., 78, went home to meet his Lord on August 2, 2018 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. The first of 12 children, he was born to Rhan, Sr., and Nancy Randall on December 6, 1939 in Pensacola, Florida. He was a retired recruiter for the United States Army.
A 20 year veteran of the United States Army, he served and completed his tour during the Vietnam War. A member of the Second Missionary Baptist Church, he was a recorded vocal music artist of gospel music having produced two CD's. Providing and caring for his family meant more to him than anything.
On December 3, 1996 he married Carol Sprinkle in Chicago, Illinois. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include 2 sons, Rhan and his wife Linda, Lenard and his wife Deborah; 2 daughters, Ramona and Teresa; 4 brothers, Arthur and his wife Carrie, Joel Kenneth, John Peter, Carlton and his wife Brenda; 2 sisters, Deloris, and Wanda and her husband Terence; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Charles, James, and Larry, 2 sisters, Shirley and Mary.
Per his request cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 1008 Ford Avenue, Hutchinson, Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice House of Reno County, Kansas and left in care of Old Mission – Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas.
