Robert E. Cross, 71, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away on June 18, 2023, surrounded by his
loving family. He was born on November 19, 1951, in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Robert was a man of many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars in his
free time. He was a skilled mechanic and could often be found tinkering with engines in his
garage.
Robert is survived by his children, Steven Cross, Nicole Freuden, and Sherry Pack, as well as
his brother, Billy Cross, and sisters, Thelma Holcom and Bonnie Ingles. He was preceded in
death by his wife, Rosa Linda Cross, as well as his brothers, Lloyd, Alfred, and Steven, and
sisters, Patti and Jeanne.
A funeral service to honor Robert's life will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the
Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home located at 528 N. Main St., Hutchinson, KS 67501.
Robert will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
