Shelly Annette Waters, 52, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away February 27, 2020 at her home in Hutchinson, Kansas.  The daughter of David and Rosalie Waters, she was born December 6, 1967 in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Shelly attended Hutchinson Public Schools, graduating from Hutchinson High School and she attended Hutchinson Community College.

She was a very active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  As a young woman, Shelly served a mission in Southern California.  She worked many interesting and challenging jobs over the years and did well at all of them.

Survivors include her parents, grandmother, Maxine Wyatt; one  brother, Michael ( Jacque ) Waters; one sister Sarah ( Jeff ) White; three nieces, Katherine Waters, Rebecca ( Alex ) Howell, Samantha ( Levi ) Borrowman; one grandnephew, Brody Howell; one grandniece, Natalie Howell.

A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 518 East 43rd Street, Hutchinson, Kansas.
