Susan D. Hase, 45, passed away July 12, 2015 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. A native of Hutchinson, Kansas, she was born February 23, 1970, the daughter of Sammie Hase and Vicky Baker.

She loved spending time reading, working word puzzles, and keeping journals, however, her family was her main concern and love.

Survivors include a daughter, Morgan Hase of South Hutchinson, Kansas; 1 son, DaVonte Hase of Augusta, Georgia; 2 sisters, Marie Hase of Hutchinson, Kansas and Elicia Hase of Salina, Kansas; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per her request cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date by the family. In lieu of flowers the family has established the Susan D. Hase Family Memorial Fund and gifts may be left in care of Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, Kansas.
