Timothy Ryan Whittier, 31, passed away at his home in Hutchinson, Kansas on January 11, 2019. A native of Hutchinson, Kansas, he was born on September 25, 1987, the son of Robert D. Whittier and Nova A. Wells.

He was known as a "tinkerer" – if he took it apart he put it back together again. A kind hearted dreamer he was a skilled artist and writer and loved all music especially gospel.

Survivors include by his parents, 1 brother, Joshua (Ashley) Wells; 1 sister, Jessica Whittier; and his constant companion "Diesel" his wolf.

A gathering for friends will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. with a celebration of life to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, 1319 E. 17 ^th Street, Hutchinson, Kansas. Burial will take place at Fairlawn Burial Park next to his favorite uncle, Michael. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with gifts being made to the Wolf Rescue Shelter and left in care of the funeral home. Old Mission – Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson, Kansas, is in charge of arrangements.
