Verla Marie Whitney, 90, of South Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away peacefully at home on November 1, 2021.  There is no greater gift in this life than to love and be loved.  Verla will be forever honored as a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.  She was born on November 10, 1930 in Ellsworth, Kansas to Beatrice J.
