Viola Mae Trammell, 76, passed away October 24, 2015 at Diversicare Health Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. The daughter of Ralph and Virginia Boyle, she was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 12, 1939. She was a homemaker.

She had a grand passion for football with her favorite teams being the Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49''ers, and, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. She loved to read and crochet while listening to her favorite Elvis Presley tunes.

She is survived by 3 sons, Steven (Kerri), Edward (Vicki), and Alan Trammell; 1 daughter, Diane (Roy) Simmons; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Howard Vernon Trammell, a son, Daryl Trammel, and a daughter, Debbie Huckstep.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at Old Mission - Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Viola Mae Trammell family memorial fund and left in care of the funeral home.
